I was stranded outside a gym at 10pm on a Sunday night with a dead car where the engine just wouldn’t turn on. I tried calling several car jump-start or towing services for 20-30 minutes but no one answered. I called Countrywide Roadside Assistance next and they answered immediately. I provided my location, they offered a very reasonable quote and then immediately dispatched a technician to diagnose the problem.
The technician reached my location within 10 minutes and had my car jump-started right away. Aside from this, they also looked at other parts (alternator, battery) to pinpoint exactly what the problem was and the best way to get it resolved.

We caught a flat tire  while driving my mom to the airport (perfect timing as always!). We had called other places that were less than helpful. We called countrywide and they could tell I was fretting, and they put my mind at ease! While on the phone they told me they were sending someone out at that moment, and gave me an ETA and the amount it would be. Let me tell you about the phenomenal experience I had with Raul at Countrywide Roadside Assitance.  They weren't just good, they went above and beyond in a way that left me feeling like there are still good people out there really trying to help you going.

I had a run tire on my one ton pick up and reluctantly. I called country wide roadside assistance. I'm so glad I did.
Not only were they fast, they were extremely professional. In the gentleman who arrived to assist with replacing, a tire was more than professional and truly showed actual care and concern for the general public. I cannot recommend this company enough They will go above and beyond. What any other company has ever done in my experience. They truly take care of their customers. Thanks so much country wide . I contacted them answered all my questions very professional. Driver arrived fast, very friendly explained what he was doing. Amazing service!
