If the flat tire can be repaired, we will repair it onsite by inserting a tire insert plug where the nail or screw punctured the tire. After repairing the tire, we will fill it up with air to the vehicle air pressure specification's and make sure that the repair is not leaking air by first spraying the repaired site with soapy water then we will inspect the entire tire and the air valve as well to make sure that your tire does not have any other air leaks or any other foreign objects that can manifest air leaks in the future.


MOBILE TIRE INSTALLATION

Some vehicles now a days don't carry a spare tire due to decisions made by the auto manufacturers and when such vehicles get a flat tire that cannot be repaired, most roadside assistance providers only offer a tow truck to transport the vehicle to a tire shop.

But don't worry, we could still assist you even if your flat tire cannot be repaired. This is because we could locate a tire suitable for your vehicle and install it at your location at any time day or night.

PLEASE NOTE: If you have a flat tire and the vehicle is parked in a safe location, Do Not drive the vehicle without air because the rim will pinch the tire against the road surface and that can damage the tires' inner sidewall or even totally destroy it. This means that if a tire is driven flat, even a few feet, the rim could possibly cause damage to the inner liner and weaken it and when the tire is then repaired and filled up with air the tire is likely to fail due to the interior damage. If a tire was driven on while totally flat, such tire should be demounted, and the inside walls should be inspected since sometimes the exterior won't show signs of damage. If the inner lining has signs of tares or if rubber scrapings are found inside of it, the tire should be discarded.

If your vehicle has a flat tire and the vehicle is stopped in an unsafe location such as on actual traffic lanes it is advisable that you move the vehicle immediately out of the lanes onto a shoulder or another safe area away from traffic. This is advisable even if the flat tire will get damaged. It is better to purchase another tire than posing a hazard to yourself and others on traffic lanes since other motorists might not see your vehicle and collide with it.
